Mallesha

Mallesha is a bright 13-year-old boy living in Manvi, India. He is in grade 6 at a local government public school, walking to class every day and enjoying his literature and English subjects. Mallesha is an active student who loves playing kabaddi, listening to music, and doing homework alongside his older sister Sangeetha. Motivated to succeed in school, he dreams of becoming an engineer when he grows up.

He lives with his mother and sister in a small brick home with a metal sheet roof located in a rural village. His mother works hard as a manual daily wage laborer, but irregular work options make it difficult to maintain a steady household income and cover essential educational costs like tuition fees, uniforms, and study materials. Sponsoring Mallesha helps ease his mother’s financial stress and provides the steady resources he needs to stay focused on his education.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
